Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in international financial management at Queen Mary University of London. He is passionate about discovering innovative solutions to complex challenges and working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
In his previous role as a manager at Shrawasti Tractor, he led a team of 150 employees and oversaw all departmental functions, achieving record sales of John Deere tractors and Beri Rotavator equipment in western Uttar Pradesh. He also conducted sales data analysis to pinpoint top-performing products, decreased staff turnover by fostering a positive company culture, and addressed customer concerns to enhance satisfaction. During his undergraduate studies, he undertook a six-month internship as a sales manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he managed 15 sales staff and handled the reconciliation of transactions, accounts, and ledgers.
